The Print Report... dialog boxes allow you to specify how many fields you want printed on a single page, the spacing of the fields, and what fonts the different fields use.

In the Print Report... dialog boxes you can specify what headings should go at the top of your pages: you can include a title, or the date and time. At any time you can change the format of a report.

Here are two samples of the many kinds of pages you can print using the Print Report... option from the HyperCard File menu. Print Report... prints the information from the fields that you specify on the cards that you specify.You can develop several Print Report... formats for a stack, and save the formats to use again or in other stacks.
